In 2014, I participated in Myquillyn’s (The Nester’s) 31 Day Writing Challenge. I had signed up the year before and did not get past 17 days. But I did make it to the end in 2014. I posted 31 Recipes that were all gluten-free and real foods friendly. I thought it might be nice to place the completed 31 Days of recipes right here as some of the first things to add to my new website.

It’s that time of year again — a “writing challenge every October, every day!” This year I am going to attempt to post 31 Gluten Free Recipes in 31 Days – one recipe a day. At the risk of falling short of 31 posts in 31 days as I did last year, I am oddly excited to take the challenge and sign up again.
As the founder of the 31 Day Writing Challenge, Myquillyn (aka The Nester) said last year in a comment about the challenge, “what have you got to lose?”
Well, she is right. What have I got to lose? And my gluten free food blog could use the boost and recommitment.
So here it is — beginning October 1 and for 31 days of October, I will be posting a new recipe each day. As always they will be totally Gluten Free and Real Foods Friendly. I can’t wait to begin!!
If you would like to join the challenge too, you can find all the information you need on the new website “31 Days” set up just to accommodate the hundreds of bloggers who will be sitting down once a day, every day in the month of October. Topics include just about anything under the sun that you are interesting in writing about and newbies are always welcome.
